Qi Gong
The Qi Gong form taught by Gayla is known as Eight Treasures Qi Gong. It is an ancient, low impact, mind-body practice which integrates healing movements with meditation. “Qi” means “life force energy״ and “Gong” means “cultivation.”
This particular form benefits the whole body from head to toe. Its movements promote a smooth flow of Qi energy throughout the body as it strengthens the deep immune system.
This practice is appropriate for people of all ages and levels of well-being. It can be done standing or sitting if necessary, depending on one’s personal fitness.
Engaging in the practice of Qi Gong one may benefit from many of the 25 positive benefits on their physical, psychosocial, and total quality of life.
The sensations during and after this practice may simultaneously feel like you have had a deep massage and a good workout!
Send Gayla your email and she will invite you to a free Monday class on Zoom.
