Welcome

Gayla Gabriel has been a therapeutic educator for more than 35 years, which led her to training in the Healing Arts. During the 1980’s Gayla was certified as a Neurolinguistic Practitioner. Soon after, she began training as an Integrative Coach, Reiki Practitioner, a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and author.

Ten years ago, Gayla began training in Qi Gong healing, movement, and meditation through the College of Tao, Los Angeles, California. She continues to study with her teacher, Dr. Mao Shing Ni, a licensed doctor of acupuncture, author, and co-founder of the Yo San University, for TCM studies. Presently, Gayla teaches Qi Gong several times a week for cancer support communities and other organizations. Gayla loves sharing the enormous benefits of this ancient healing practice. She now teaches a weekly Qi Gong class, for anyone interested, on her own Zoom platform.

Gayla’s Mission

I am dedicated to supporting and acknowledging the physical, emotional and spiritual place a student or client may be, when we connect. Through the integrative process of selectively combining powerful healing practices, my knowledge, personal experiences, intuition, empathy, and compassion, I carefully tailor a personal healing plan for that individual. My goal is to support each individual towards awakening their personal healer within and to create their own Healing Tool Kit.

“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have.”

- Eckhart Tolle
